Well so far I'm down 14.8 pounds. Probably should be more, I cheated yesterday and had a small piece of pizza. And Aunt Flo came to visit :o( I always gain about 5 pounds when she's around. We are going on vacation soon and I'm just HOPING that I can stay on track. It's so hard, especially when you'll be visiting relatives and need to eat what they prepare.
I was talking to a friend yesterday and instead of encouraging me, she pretty much told me that I'm not doing the diet correctly. I know I'm not following it to the T, but whatever I'm doing is working. I've read all the information and one of the things I was reading said I could combine veggies and have blueberries, and she said NO, that wasn't correct. Well, I've been combining veggies and having blueberries... and the weight is coming off... So I'm thinking I need to reread the information. Maybe if I was following it to the T, I'd have a larger loss... who knows.
