Vacation...

Well, went on vacation, went off the diet, and gained :( Now I'm at 204.6... I'll get back on it but I knew the food we eat on vacation and the options were limited sooooo.... Gotta start again.
We did have a great vacation... the drive was a bit long but there was so much to do and the kids had a good time.  It's nice to relax, swim, and veg...
Now... to get back to the grind of the diet and will hopefully see more favorable results soon

A Little More...

OK, today... 199.2 :D UNDER 200... Whoo Hooo.  16 pounds gone.  So excited.  It's been awhile since I've been under 200.  There used to be a commercial on TV where there's a guy sitting in a car window and it goes something like "its so strong it will hold a 200 pound man"  I hated that commercial... Here I was a 200 pound woman.  Now I'm under 200 YAY.... more weight to come off.  Until next time.

Progress...

Well so far I'm down 14.8 pounds.  Probably should be more, I cheated yesterday and had a small piece of pizza.  And Aunt Flo came to visit :o(  I always gain about 5 pounds when she's around.  We are going on vacation soon and I'm just HOPING that I can stay on track.  It's so hard, especially when you'll be visiting relatives and need to eat what they prepare.  
I was talking to a friend yesterday and instead of encouraging me, she pretty much told me that I'm not doing the diet correctly.  I know I'm not following it to the T, but whatever I'm doing is working.  I've read all the information and one of the things I was reading said I could combine veggies and have blueberries, and she said NO, that wasn't correct.  Well, I've been combining veggies and having blueberries... and the weight is coming off...  So I'm thinking I need to reread the information.  Maybe if I was following it to the T, I'd have a larger loss... who knows.

The Journey Begins....

Ok, so I've tried loosing weight so many times...  so many ways... I've done the First Place way, watching calories and food exchanges.  I've done Weight Watchers.  Now Im trying HCG drops.  With First Place I had about 30 to 40 pounds to loose and did get to my goal weight... and then got pregnant with my 6th and last child.  Gained the weight back, plus...  Then did WW, and lost 10 pounds...  it got pretty expensive and the weight stopped coming off...  Now Im doing the HCG diet.
I started on July 7, 2011 and weighed 215.2 lbs.  YIKES!!!  This morning 204.2 lbs.  11 lbs gone in less than 2 weeks.  It is difficult.  The calorie restriction is hard... but it is working.  I need to loose the weight and get healthy for my sake, and for my kids...  So, the journey begins AGAIN, and hopefully... this time, the weight will stay off
